Characters may move up to their Dexterity in meters each round. They may also run up to 3 their current Dexterity (modified by armor, spells, powers, etc.), but this inflicts a -2 penalty to all other tests performed that turn. Movement is not an action-its simply part of the hero's turn. Characters may move on each turn, if they're affected by a Flurry result. This doesn't necessarily mean the hero is super fast-she may just act while others hesitate.
